Throughout the month of June, the New England Acura Dealer’s Association (NEADA) will be participating in the Boston Children’s Hospital “Give a Smile” campaign alongside Shaw’s Supermarket, Pinkberry, and Star Market. NEADA is well known through the New England area for their support of Boston Children’s Hospital and their participation in community efforts to raise funds that will support Boston Children’s Hospital’s continued progress in pediatric medical research and care.
The New England Acura Dealers Association presented a check for one million dollars to the Boston Children’s Hospital on Apr. 17. The donation, which is raised from a portion of the proceeds of every Acura sold, goes toward the Children’s Fund, an unrestricted fund that supports the hospital’s areas of greatest need in patient care, research and community health.
For the second consecutive year, the New England Acura Dealers Association (NEADA) presented Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) with a check for an additional $25,000 donation, thanks to the help of their loyal service customers.
From Dec. 2, 2014 to the end of 2014, the NEADA donated 10 percent from every customer’s service bill to BCH. The NEADA also matched 10 percent of customers’ service bills with a donation to BCH. The additional donation comes after the association’s recent announcement to extend their initial Nov.-2012 pledge of support to donate $500,000 to BCH over a two-year span to $1 million over a four-year span.
New England Patriots All-Pro Safety Devin McCourty hosted a Casino Night on Oct. 27 as part of his Tackle Sickle Cell campaign. The New England Acura Dealers Association (NEADA) along with the all-new 2015 Acura TLX were at the fundraiser at The Brahmin in Boston, which benefited Boston Children’s Hospital and Next Step.
The all-new 2015 Acura TLX was on display at the Milagros para Niños Gala at the Westin Waterfront in Boston on Friday night.
The New England Acura Dealers came together again to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital at the Annual Phillip and Bernice Frieze Charity Golf Tournament on July 21. The dealers sent a team of golfers and sponsored a Hole-in-One contest on both of the event’s courses, where golfers shot for a chance to will a brand-new 2014 Acura MDX.
In their continued support of Boston Children’s Hospital, the New England Acura Dealers were proud to be a part of the latest signature events to benefit the hospital – the ninth annual Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament on May 9 and the inaugural Rue with a View on May 16.
In honor of the New England Sports Network (NESN) hosting Boston Children’s Hospital Night during its NESN telecast of the Boston Bruins game, the New England Acura Dealers will be sending three lucky Facebook fans to the game on April 8. Each lucky fan received two tickets to the game just by “liking” the New England Acura Dealers’ Facebook page.
The New England Acura Dealers expects continued growth in the Acura brand after catching a glimpse of the strong new-model Acura lineup at the 2013 New England International Auto Show, which was held in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in the Seaport District, Jan. 17 – 21.
The New England Acura Dealers have pledged to raise $500,000 for Boston Children’s Hospital, establishing a two-year relationship benefiting one of the top pediatric medical centers in the U.S. A portion of the proceeds from every Acura sold in each of its seven dealerships will go toward the hospital. Acura will also be recognized as the “Official Car” at all signature fundraisers benefiting Boston Children’s Hospital.
